Before you order, please make sure to have read my Terms of Service. These terms apply to private/personal commissions only. This information is NOT applicable for commercial work, therefore the art can only be used for the client’s personal purposes.

I base my artworks from photos so please send clear/HD photos as much as possible if you want a clean artwork.
Dimensions/size of the artwork will depend on the customer.
Progress of the artwork will be sent to you via DM from time to time.
Final output of the artwork will be sent to you via Gmail to retain quality.
More demands = more charges.

Giving credits when you post it online is highly appreciated! <3

Terms of Service for Private Commissions

01.
GENERAL TERMS

  • Artworks will have a subtle watermark that you may not remove.

  • Prices are subject to change based on demand.

  • Rejection of an order will be made if it doesn't fit the artist's style.

02.
PAYMENT

  • Currency accepted is PHP; payments must be sent to my PayMaya account.

  • Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval. Extra fees (if applicable) must be paid after the artwork is finished.

  • Don't send any payment if you don't have a slot.

03.
PROCESS AND DELIVERY

  • The time it takes to finish your commission varies from 1 day - 5 days depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, and other work.

  • Once the piece is finished and full payment is given, you will receive the full-resolution image. Note that there is NO physical product.

04.
REVISIONS

  • A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.

  • If you wish for the artist to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, additional charges will be placed. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on how hard it is.

  • If your reference is unclear to start with, changes will come at an extra charge.

05.
COPYRIGHTS AND USAGE

I, Alonzo (the artist):

  • reserves the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

  • retains all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

  • will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.

  • will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.

  • reserves the right to post the commissioned artwork online.

You (the customer/buyer):

  • may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.

  • may not be allowed to sell the artwork/use for commercial purposes. If you wish to do so, please discuss this with me.

  • may not alter the commissioned artwork without my consent.

  • retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).

The following is considered copyright infringement:

  • Claiming the artwork as your own

  • Altering the artwork without my consent

06.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

  • The buyer is not allowed a refund once the artist starts the commission/order.

  • If for any reason the artist is unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.

  • If you cancel your order before the artist started it, you can get a full refund.

  • Money will be transferred back to your PayMaya or BDO account myself.
